Location Overview Join our team in Aman Rosa Alpina. Since its opening in 1939, Rosa Alpina has offered its guests an unparalleled base for exploring Italy's UNESCO-protected Dolomites, celebrating the history of the property while uniting it with Aman's philosophy.

Role Under the direct supervision of the Front Office Manager, the Night Manager is responsible for the smooth overnight operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and the hotel safety and security in accordance with the policies, standards and guidelines established by the hotel or the corporate office. Act as Management representatives during the overnight shift.

Responsibilities Manage the daily activities of the colleagues in the team.

Maintain department organization, manning and productivity, ensuring a smooth operation based on forecasted occupancy.

Identify colleague training requirements and service improvement areas.

Supervise and guide all colleagues to ensure that hotel policies and procedures are adhered to.

Creates a positive and highly motivated working environment that promotes and develops teamwork.

Corporates and coordinates teamwork with another department.

Ensure maximum safety of guests and colleagues during emergencies.

Protection of the hotel’s interest must be your primary concern.

Maintain a full working knowledge of the IT support tools used in the world of front office today, including property PMS, the Microsoft Office toolset.

Ensure that all administration work is processed quickly and efficiently.

Requirements Fluent in Italian and preferably English Work experience with a minimum of 2-years in Front Office Management in an international luxury hotel.

Computer knowledge.

Ability to work overnight shifts.

Flexible and committed.

Driven and very goal oriented.
