Location: Castelnuovo Berardenga
Il/La Chief Sommelier presso Borgo San Felice Resort, nel cuore del Chianti Classico, guida l’offerta vini e beverage garantendo eccellenza, coerenza con il posizionamento luxury e un’esperienza ospite impeccabile.
Riporta al F&B Manager / Direzione e collabora con Chef, Restaurant Manager e Direzione per sviluppare wine list, pricing, degustazioni ed eventi, gestendo cantina, stock e formazione del team di sala per elevare il servizio enogastronomico.
