Attività di check-in, check-out, rooming
Gestirai eventuali complaint
Fornirai servizio di conciergerie all’ospite, anticipando le sue esigenze e assicurandone la piena soddisfazione
Collaborerai con il team Booking in relazione alle prenotazioni
Cosa cerchiamo:
Esperienza preferibilmente nell’ambito dell'hospitality di lusso/ristorazione di alta gamma
Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese
