Talent Acquisition Specialist
To support its growth plan, Objectway is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for its Milan office. This role will contribute strategically to attracting and selecting top talent, supporting organizational development in a highly innovative and competitive environment characterized by a strong demand for digital skills.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (end-to-end recruiting) for tech, digital, and business roles
Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring needs, job descriptions, and sourcing strategies
Conduct screening, interviews, and structured assessments
Ensure an excellent candidate experience aligned with the company’s employer brand
Support the development and promotion of employer branding initiatives (events, social media, universities)
Monitor recruiting KPIs (time to hire, quality of hire, pipeline) and suggest improvements
Collaborate with HR Business Partners in onboarding processes.
Required Skills
Degree in HR, Psychology, Economics, or related fields
2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Fintech, Tech, or startup environments
Experience recruiting IT/Digital profiles (e.g., software engineers, data roles, product roles)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset
Good command of English (B2/C1 level).
Personal Profile
Experience in international or scale-up environments
Knowledge of ATS platforms (e.g., Lever)
Experience using Linked In Recruiter and advanced sourcing tools
Ability to work in a team, flexibility and proactivity.
Aptitude for problem-solving.
Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal, communication skills.
Attention to detail, quality and deadlines.
