Experteer Overview As Multi-site People Partner, you lead HR across four Italian plants, driving a trusted, high-performing culture. You partner with site leadership to execute HR strategy, coach managers, and raise engagement while ensuring compliant, ethical practices. You’ll steer talent development, performance, compensation planning, and employee relations to support business objectives. This role connects sites to Mondi’s global HR agenda, enabling sustainable, people-centered growth.
You will influence change and deliver impactful HR initiatives across multiple locations.
Retribuzione / Benefits Act as a functional HR partner to the managing director and drive cohesive decision-making aligned with Mondi HR strategy
Provide coaching to managers and employees on engagement, performance, career development, talent assessment, acquisition, retention, and investigations
Serve as first point of contact for HR topics and escalate issues as needed
Collaborate with MD, HR Business Partners, regional leaders, and CoE to align HR agenda and strategies
Advise on policies, procedures, and practices to ensure 100% compliance and an ethical work environment
Lead HR processes including performance, talent management, payroll & compensation planning, onboarding, hiring, training and development of new managers
Coordinate with regional HR and CoE on projects across two sites
Provide guidance for union/works council relations and resolve employee relations issues
Ensure fair handling of HR matters per local laws and company regulations
Maintain confidentiality and manage site communications
Responsabilità
Bachelor's Degree in a Human Resources-related area Minimum 10 years in a client-facing HR role, preferably in industry
At least 5 years in a client-support HR role Strong knowledge of union/employee relations and local labor laws Effective communication and diplomacy skills; ability to influence
Self-starter with ability to prioritize and work independently in a matrix environment
Strong problem-solving, project management, and collaboration skills
Passion for employee advocacy and positive workplace culture
Approachable and responsive with high customer service focus
Integrity, confidentiality, and compliance mindset
Interest in innovative HR solutions and process improvement
Native Italian speaker and fluent English (written and spoken)
