HR Business Partner

Experteer Overview As the HR Business Partner International at Technogym, you will act as a strategic partner and hands‑on HR generalist across global operations. You’ll align people strategy with business goals, coach leaders, and manage talent development in a fast‑paced, matrix environment. You’ll shape international HR processes, data‑driven decisions, and stakeholder relations to enable sustainable growth.

This role offers influence across the employee lifecycle in a renowned fitness tech brand with a global footprint.

Retribuzione / Benefits Monitor personnel costs and global organizational design

Maintain policies and procedures and act as trusted ER advisor

Partner with local HR leadership and global HQ HR to design and deliver people plans

Provide coaching on HR topics and act as a trusted advisor to managers

Maintain HR data accuracy and manage HR metrics to drive results

Be a Technogym brand ambassador and provide best‑in‑class HR support to local leadership

Define recruiting needs and support Talent Acquisition in final steps

Onboard and develop Technogym talents (Next Gen)
Develop and retain talent via training, coaching, career development, and succession planning

Provide market labor trends and benchmarking to align salaries and market conditions

Responsabilità8+ years of HR experience as HRBP or HR Manager Experience in a matrix organization and multinational environments

Experience in Direct Sales, Luxury brands, or Sports sector

Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

Experience with HR ERP systems; SAP/Success Factors nice to have Strong facilitation and negotiation skills; able to persuade based on logic

Business acumen with P&L understanding and data‑driven mindset

Project management and execution skills

Confidentiality, transparency, and analytical approach
