Experteer Overview  In this role you will oversee the full employee lifecycle and act as a trusted HR partner in an international, matrix environment. You will manage HR administration, payroll, recruitment, training and employee relations while supporting a positive, collaborative workplace. You will contribute to people development and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. Responsabilità   Degree in Human Resources, Employment Law or Business Administration
At least five years' experience in a similar HR role including payroll management
Experience in construction, engineering or industrial environments preferred.
Strong communication, organization, autonomy and prioritization skills
Ability to interact with stakeholders in an international matrix environment
