Within our Cost and Operating Model Optimization team, we are expanding our Working Capital Management proposition to meet rapidly growing client demand. We are seeking an exceptional Manager with a proven track record in Working Capital Management to strengthen our capabilities, bring innovative methodologies, and help shape this practice into a market-leading offering.

What You Will DoLead and deliver projects across the full working capital spectrum (payables, receivables, inventory optimization, cash forecasting, liquidity management).Develop and deploy structured methodologies and tools to identify, quantify, and capture value.

Partner with CFOs, Treasurers, and Operations leaders to drive sustainable improvements.

Drive thought leadership, client development, and market visibility of our Working Capital Management proposition.

Coach, mentor, and inspire junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

What We Are Looking For 4-6 years of experience in top-tier consulting or operational advisory, with a strong focus on working capital optimization.

Demonstrated success in delivering tangible cash improvements in complex organizations.

Mastery of working capital levers and methodologies, including advanced analytics, cash conversion cycle optimization, and liquidity forecasting.

An entrepreneurial mindset, with the drive to build and scale a distinctive market offering.

Strong C-level presence, with excellent communication and influencing skills.

Outstanding academic credentials.

Fluent English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
