Location: Bosconero
Experteer Overview As EHS Manager (RSPP) at Eaton's Bosconero Valves Plant, you ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment aligned with local regulations. You lead continuous improvements within the MESH framework and oversee the Prevention and Protection Service. Your work supports a proactive safety culture across the site and strong collaboration with leadership and external authorities.
This role offers the chance to shape plant-level EHS strategy while driving sustainability and operational excellence.
Retribuzione / Benefits Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal standards to maintain a safe workplace.
Drive ISO
14001 and MESH compliance through a robust management system.
Lead risk assessment activities and maintain the DVR in line with regulations.
Plan, deliver, and track EHS training for all teams.
Manage hazardous materials and PPE, ensuring proper handling and availability.
Oversee waste management to meet legal and corporate standards.
Coordinate preventive and periodic inspections; intervene to stop production if needed.
Monitor, audit, and improve EHS processes; lead accident investigations and 8D problem solving.
Track EHS metrics for transparency and data-driven decisions.
Ensure emergency preparedness with training for fire and other scenarios.
Collaborate with occupational health services and the company doctor on wellbeing.
Represent the company with local authorities on EHS matters.
Secure and monitor right-to-operate permits and manage renewals.
Manage the EHS budget and contribute to site strategy with Plant Management.
Responsabilità5+ years of EHS experience in multinational or manufacturing settings.
RSPP certification per Italian legislation.
Strong knowledge of production processes and manufacturing environments.
Solid understanding of Italian safety and environmental laws (D.Lgs. 81/08 and
D.Lgs. 152/06).Fluent in English and Italian; other European languages a plus.
