Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the EU Health & Safety function for Fulfilment Centres, shaping safety programs and compliance across regions. You will mentor Safety Managers, drive performance metrics, and partner with site leaders to embed safety and environmental initiatives. You will analyze accident data, develop preventive training, and apply Lean methods to reduce risk. The position offers scope to influence safety culture across multiple sites and collaborate with authorities and stakeholders to sustain high standards.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead Safety Managers and address performance issues
Oversee Italy Fulfilment Centers safety programs
Contribute to EU CF Health & Safety leadership and progression
Manage safety metrics reporting and communications to leadership
Support general managers in Safety & Environmental program rollout
Ensure compliance with EU Occupational Safety laws across FCsPerform gap analyses to justify safety investments and respond to feedback
Develop and implement training on critical safety issues
Analyze accident data and build prevention programs
Foster engagement to strengthen the Safety program
Review SOP changes and advise on safety implications
Conduct site visits and provide feedback to Ops leadership and safety teams
Maintain high standards for risk assessment and safety adherence
Perform Job Hazard Analysis and Job Safety Analysis Interact with Workers’ Compensation and insurers for claims management
Build relationships with local authorities and emergency services
Provide weekly safety metrics to senior management
Apply Lean tools to safety with dashboards, Pareto analysis, and trend monitoring
Contribute to network projects and ensure cross-site communication
Coordinate with law enforcement and accident insurers
Consult with works councils and safety committees
Ensure metrics parity
ResponsabilitàDegree level education
ASPP or RSPP certification
Experience leading a safety-focused team Experience complying with local Health and Safety legislation
Advanced proficiency in English and local language
Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
Excellent stakeholder communication across shop floor and executives
Proven track record driving significant change in operations
