As  Maintenance Manager  , you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, safety, and upkeep of all hotel facilities. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of our property.

Oversee the overall maintenance and technical operations of the hotel
Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Supervise external contractors and service providers
Manage the maintenance budget and control departmental expenses
Ensure optimal performance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
Monitor and report on energy consumption (electricity, water, gas)
Procure materials and manage technical inventory
Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments
Has proven experience in a similar role within hospitality (Chief Engineer / Maintenance Manager / Assistant)
Has strong technical expertise (electrical or mechanical background preferred)
Is familiar with Italian regulations and safety standards
Is fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)
