Experteer Overview Lead the global Colored Sinks category for Franke, driving a design-led, portfolio-driven strategy across Fragranite, Tectonite, and Ceramic. You’ll partner with regional managers and cross-functional teams to shape innovation, lifecycle management, and go-to-market execution, delivering growth and cohesive system solutions. Your work will set the category’s market position and influence across markets, combining design, functionality, and strategic leadership.

This role offers a chance to shape consumer-d-facing products at scale within a global, matrixed organization.

Retribuzione / Benefits Define and drive the global Colored Sinks strategy across materials and markets

Own end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to commercialization, including pricing and launches

Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain) in a matrix setup

Deliver above-market growth and financial performance while enabling cross-category integration

Translate insights into differentiated products and set the voice for materials, finishes, and trends

Lead idea generation and maintain competitive differentiation in design and functionality

Coordinate alignment across regions to ensure consistent execution and priorities
