Position: Director, ABM (Corporate)
Location: Castel Bolognese

Experteer Overview In this role you drive the ATS Business Model across the organization, enabling continuous improvement and lean execution. You will guide goal deployment and growth-focused actions to scale ABM initiatives. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate theory into measurable results, shaping how ATS delivers automation solutions globally. This is a strategic leadership position with broad scope and impact on operations, training, and enterprise performance.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Promote and implement the ATS Business Model (ABM) across the corporation
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including lean tools and Hoshin planning
Design and execute an ABM roadmap for the operating business
Coordinate with operations, commercial processes, and ERP/CRM systems to enable improvements
Facilitate training and internal communication to diverse teams
Drive measurable outcomes through process improvements and performance metrics
Promote a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability across locations
Responsabilità   Four-year Engineering degree (electronics/electrical/mechanical/controls preferred)
MBA or master’s degree preferred
4-8 years in operations, engineering, supervisory, or management in lean manufacturing
Ability to assess business metrics from a general manager perspective
Experience designing and implementing an ABM roadmap
Mastery of ABM/lean tools and methodologies
Strong communication skills across all levels and languages
Strong time and project management skills

Experience with CRM and ERP systems
Hands-on continuous improvement and transactional process improvements
Experience in diverse training environments
Strong writing and administrative skills
