Senior Product Manager
What You Will Do
The Senior Product Manager – EMEA is responsible for defining and executing the strategic product/brand roadmap across the EMEA region for a portfolio of three internationally established brands. The role leads a multicultural team of professionals and acts as a key interface between the European organization and global headquarters in China.

This position combines product portfolio management, strategic brand leadership, business development, and cross-functional team leadership to ensure sustainable growth, market relevance, and profitable business expansion across the region.

The role serves as a pivotal link between the strategic planning in Europe, the global headquarters in China, and the regional Business Management functions in Europe, ensuring alignment of product, portfolio, and growth strategies across the EMEA region.

Product Management and Range Building

Actively participate with the Planning Department in the development and management of product portfolios and category roadmaps for the EMEA market.

Define product range strategies based on consumer insights, market opportunities, competitive intelligence, and financial objectives.

Collaborate closely with Planning, R&D and Business manager to ensure successful product development and launches.

Build competitive range architecture optimizing revenue and profit realization.

Manage the entire product lifecycle, from opportunity identification through commercialization and phase-out.

Brand and Portfolio Strategy

Co‑Develop and implement the long‑term strategic vision for three international brands across the EMEA region.

Co‑Define brand positioning, value propositions, and portfolio architecture to maximize market penetration and profitability.

Ensure product‑brand consistency while adapting strategies to regional market dynamics and consumer needs.

Drive competitive analysis and identify emerging market trends to strengthen competitiveness.

Business Development and Growth Opportunities

Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and growth drivers across the EMEA region.

Build together with the Business Manager robust business cases and lead cross‑functional initiatives to bring opportunities from concept to execution.

Support strategic projects aimed at accelerating revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability improvement.

Monitor business performance and implement corrective actions when required.

Team Leadership and Organization Development

Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 10 professionals across product management.

Foster a high‑performance culture, build a winning mindset and focus on accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Build organizational capabilities and succession plans to support future business growth.

Promote effective collaboration across regional and local teams.

International Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary liaison between Haier Europe and global headquarters in China regarding portfolio, product strategy, and business priorities.

Influence and align multiple stakeholders across international, cross‑functional, and multicultural environments.

Ensure regional market requirements are effectively represented within global product planning processes.

Facilitate communication and decision‑making between European and Chinese teams.

Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
