Manage work allocations, track KPIs, ensure high‑quality output and SLA compliance

Own the technical customer escalation process in collaboration with Sales, Customer Experience, and other stakeholders

Organize teams to fit into the wider org and support company success

Set and manage expectations with other engineering teams, senior management, and external stakeholders

Provide constructive feedback, conduct 1:1s, address interpersonal issues, and run performance reviews

Responsabilità5+ years of experience managing engineering teams focusing on customer experience

Solid technical expertise in AI and LLMs with experience in APIs/models for different providers, self‑hosted models, RAG and vector databases, MCPExperience managing performance reviews, hiring, and compensation

Experience leading remote/distributed teams and on‑premise/cloud/hybrid product backgrounds

Proven leadership of Engineering teams and strong customer relationship skills

Business fluent English (written and verbal)
