Warranty Assessor (German & Italian Speaker)

Verify compliance with Group directives and processes related to warranty management.
Support dealers by providing guidance on warranty policies and claim requirements.
Fluency in  German, Italian  and  English  .
Ability to analyze technical documentation and warranty-related information.
Familiarity with management systems and software applications.
Previous experience in warranty administration, claims assessment, or after-sales operations is considered a plus.

Contract Details:
National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the Commerce sector, 4th or 5th level.
Offered salary range: €25,000 - €28,000 gross annual salary  , plus €5 per day in meal vouchers  .
Initial fixed-term contract lasting 6 to 12 months  .
Full-time position, 40 hours per week  .
