Job Description:
The Opportunity As part of the global industrial harmonization, our High Voltage business has established a Global Process Transformation Team. We are seeking an energetic and solution-oriented Planning & Execution Project Manager to administer business process initiatives, drive the incorporation of global standards, support the “BU High Voltage “Make to Stock” initiative, and facilitate the sustainable adoption of concept advancement and process discipline throughout our factories’ end-to-end materials value chain.
This role will be instrumental in orchestrating process enhancements, change management, optimized system utilization, competency development and process harmonization across planning, procurement, logistics, and material management for manufacturing operations across our global sites. The ideal candidate is a big-picture thinker, influential motivator, and champion of change with experience in the management of incremental process enhancements and leadership of large-scale continuous improvement project execution;
as well as possessing the ability to inspire collaboration amongst cross-functional teams in multi-cultural environments. This role will report to the High Voltage BU Global Head of Material Management.
How you will make an impact Project Management:
Institute methodology and governance within process improvement programs; overseeing project structure, schedule adherence, and administration as well as pre-emptively identifying and mitigating associated risks.
Collaboration Enablement:
Foster an environment of teamwork across various levels and functions within a multi-cultural, matrixed organization; serving as a conduit between global business directives and local Unit requirements.
Liaise with the SAP Center of Expertise to align process with tool improvements.
Wing-to-Wing Value Chain Mindset:
Understand at a high-level the entire value chain from demand planning to product delivery, ensuring continuity throughout.
Process Mapping and Standardization:
Support Subject Matter Experts across the business to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities as well as facilitate the deployment and adoption of standard processes across our factories.
Change Facilitation:
Act as a change agent to incorporate smooth transitions during process, system, or organizational changes.
Coaching & Training:
Provide coaching and training to individuals and teams to enhance capabilities with new processes, tools, and competency development.
KPI & Reporting:
Design and implement performance measurements to monitor, track, and drive accountability for program administration and key related metrics.
Auditing, Compliance & Governance:
Implement standardized global framework for process improvement project management and assurance of local team sustainability.
Your Background Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field 10+ years of experience in operational excellence, transformation, or business process improvement; or a combination of education and experience. Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations for complex engineered industrial products. Knowledge of basic ERP functionality (SAP preferred) and digital tools in a multi-site manufacturing operation environment.
Proven experience in coaching, change management, and stakeholder engagement. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), PMP-PMI, or similar is a plus.
