Your Main Duties

Planning, coordination and control of marketing measures
Support in the implementation and onboarding of new hotel projects
Ensuring implementation and compliance with the corporate identity in the hotels
Layout and copywriting of brochures, flyers, newsletters and advertisements (print and online)
Control of the hotels’ active social media channels and press release
Planning and implementation of photo shoots and processing of images
Continuous market and competition observation (benchmarking)
Organization and supervision of magazine photo shoots for the Italian properties
Support in the development of PR cooperation
Monitoring media coverage and other external factors in order to identify potential/actual problems areas or opportunities
Share and communicate the various existing Marketing projects and activities carried out, internally with the Cluster Italy departments
Collaborate in the implementation of the Sales & Marketing Budget as directed

Your Profile

BE YOURSELF– Be authentic and yourself
At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing – preferably in strategic marketing in the (chain) hotel industry
Analytical and conceptual skills as well as an independent and project-oriented way of working
Creativity, service orientation, strong communication skills and organizational talent
Enjoy exciting challenges
Very confident with MS Office
Ability to use the fundamentals of Adobe Creative Cloud and knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop are an advantage
Very good knowledge of Italian and English
