Senior specialist - Digital Acquisition NOW

Role Responsibilities:

You will join the Digital Advertising team within the Digital Acquisition unit and will help to manage NOW Sport campaigns across the entire digital funnel (from awareness to performance).The goal is to effectively showcase our sports content (UEFA / Motorsports / Tennis / Basketball, etc.) to users through paid advertising (social, video strategy, search, etc.) in order to acquire new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the definition of full-funnel digital advertising plans for the various launches of our sports content

Support the definition of budget allocation together with Marketing and the Media agency, managing the awareness/performance split across all channels (Google, Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube, etc.)Support on coordination of creative assets with the Communication team and external agencies

Support on coordination with Marketing to identify which sports events to promote through digital advertising campaigns, including viewing appointments

Support on coordination with media partners for campaign setup and troubleshooting

Monitor reporting through dashboards and Excel, using data provided by the agency, and extract additional insights via Tableau or Adobe Analytics Optimize campaigns based on performance data, contributing to adjustments in budget allocation across channels

Support the delivery of qualitative and quantitative insights on campaign results to Marketing and Top Management Support on coordination with Sky’s media and digital brand/trading teams to avoid overlap across different touchpoints

Support on coordination with UK teams on Martech-related developments
