Are you a native or fluent Italian speaker with strong English skills? Do you have experience in sales or customer service and want to take your career to the next level in a sunny European location? We have the perfect opportunity for you in Lisbon, Portugal .
About Us We are an international company specializing in sales and customer service, and we are expanding our team in Lisbon . We are looking for motivated, results-driven professionals to join us as Inbound Sales Agents and help customers find the best solutions while working in a dynamic and international environment.
Key Responsibilities Handle inbound sales calls and assist customers with inquiries
Offer personalized solutions to meet customer needs and drive conversions
Provide exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets
Guide potential customers through the purchasing process, ensuring satisfaction
Work closely with the team to optimize sales strategies
Requirements Fluent Italian (C2) and good English (B2)
Experience in sales, customer service, or inbound sales (outbound experience is a plus)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with targets
EU citizenship or valid work visa for Portugal
Willingness to relocate to Lisbon
