We are looking for a Sales & Partnerships Manager to build strategic relationships and drive revenue growth. Your focus will be qualifying opportunities, managing conversations, and developing ecosystem partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys early-stage environments where processes are still being shaped.
Responsibilities
Manage inbound conversations and qualify sales opportunities
Build relationships with strategic partners in the AI/data ecosystem
Run discovery calls and product demonstrations
Develop partnership opportunities with accelerators, tools, and ecosystem players
Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility
Provide market feedback to refine messaging and positioning
Requirements
Must-have:
2+ years experience in SaaS sales or partnerships
Experience in early-stage startups or small teams
Comfortable operating without rigid scripts or defined playbooks
Strong communication skills in English
Nice-to-have:
Understanding of AI/analytics market
Experience xpavfwm with B2B SaaS partnerships
Multilingual capabilities

Base salary + tiered commission (8-12% based on deal type)
Part-time contractor (15-20 hours/week)
