Sales Person

Location: Laspezia

Yali is looking for an experienced Sales Person to join our team at the Milan head office. This is a hands‑on, on‑site role for someone with a strong commercial mindset, proven experience in fashion/luxury sales, and a passion for independent fashion. You will work closely with senior leadership across wholesale, direct‑to‑consumer, trunk shows, and private clients.

What you will do:

Manage and develop wholesale relationships during market and showroom periods

Lead buyer communications, follow‑ups, and sales coordination

Organize and execute trunk shows and private client appointments

Drive direct sales and deliver a high‑level, personalized client experience

Collaborate closely with sales, production, and internal teams to support business growth

Who we are looking for:

Proven experience in fashion/luxury sales (wholesale, direct‑to‑consumer, or private clients)

Strong commercial awareness and client management skills

Proactive, hands‑on, and highly organized

Excellent communication and follow‑up abilities

Fluent in English (French is a plus)

Based in Milan and available to work on‑site

Willing to travel during key sales periods
