Junior KAM Off Trade - Nord Est Milano Milano Commercial

Location: Turbigo

ROLE OBJECTIVE
Manage and develop strategic Grocery / Off-Trade customers, increasing Bacardi brands’ revenue, market share, and visibility.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage key customers in the Off-Trade channel

Lead commercial negotiations with buyers and retail chains

Implement commercial and promotional plans

Analyze sales KPIs, P&L, and market share

Develop strategic customer relationships

Coordinate with trade marketing and customer marketing

Work closely with the sell-out team

Forecast and budget management and monitoring

Technical Skills

Sell-in / sell-out data analysis

Grocery customer management

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Economics or similar fields

Postgraduate degree is a plus.

Required Experience

Previous experience in sales and/or grocery retail is preferred

Background in spirits/beverages is preferred

Languages
Fluency in Italian and English are mandatory.
