Position: Inside Sales Specialist (f/m/d)

Compensation:
The minimum gross annual salary for this position in Italy is €31,125.00. Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities.
Qualifications

Education:

Degree in Business, Sales, Engineering or a related field

Experience:

2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service

Languages:

Fluent in German (native preferred) and English
Systems Knowledge:

Experience with CRM tools (e.g. MS CRM) and ERP systems (SAP)
IT

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organization:
Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Mindset:
Customer-oriented, proactive, team player with strong problem-solving attitude
