Scent & Care creates and sells fragrances, cosmetic ingredients, aroma molecules and mint aromas. Manufacturers use it to produce perfumes, personal care and cosmetic products, cleaning products and detergents, home fragrances and oral care products.
Your role
The Business Support role enables Account Managers, Key Account Managers, and Sales Directors to deliver sustainable and profitable growth. The position ensures smooth operational execution by coordinating customer requests, managing internal systems, and supporting commercial activities across accounts.
Prepare offers, customer communications, and documentation
Maintain and update pricing data in SAP
Enter and manage projects in CX (Customer Experience tool)
Process and track sample orders
Coordinate activities for multinational customers, working closely with global teams (e.g. pricing lists, samples, project follow-up)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data
Act as back-up contact for customers, ensuring timely and professional responses
Organize and coordinate logistics for customer visits (meetings, workshops, internal preparation)
Support Account Managers in day-to-day commercial and operational topics
About you
First experience in the fragrance, consumer goods or a similar industry
Experience in a business support, sales support, or commercial coordination role is a plus
Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken), French is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Structured, reliable, and detail‑oriented working style
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Experience with SAP is required or strongly preferred
Willingness to learn new tools (e.g. CX)
