We at Shimano Italy are looking for an account support associate to join our team. This role requires you to provide support to your team as well as deal with the customers. * Treat and process all incoming orders, and adjust where needed, in line with requirements of the customers, and according to quality standards in order to obtain a well-organized up-to-date order file.
* File all order-related information in order to be able to track the required, updated information at any time.
* Coordinate and spread all order information for all parties involved with the order, such that correct, updated order information is available at all time.
* Be a link between customer & sales teams to maximize responsiveness, share key information and support sales goals.
* Signal mall functioning in the process and so proposals for improvement, in order to contribute to the optimization of the account support process.
* Receive and process customer inquiries, or complaints as the first line of support then escalating where necessary.# What are we looking for?
* A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Great customer service skills.
* Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal communication in Italian & English language.
* Maintains accurate records and is good at managing data.
* Computer skills – Microsoft office, CRM & ERP systems, SAP is a plus.
* This role is currently for 1 year (Till beginning of May 2027)# What do we have to offer?
