Position: Sales Engineer m/f/d)

Overview  Experteer Overview You will promote, demonstrate, and sell SPECTRO’s product portfolio in Italy. You’ll work within the Italian sales team to grow market share and support customers from discovery to post-sale, leveraging demonstrations, CRM reporting, and targeted outreach. This role blends technical application with direct customer engagement to drive growth in a global, innovative environment. You’ll collaborate across teams to strengthen brand presence through exhibitions, social media, and press, while traveling to meet client needs.

Responsibilities   Scientific education ideally in materials/metals with sales training
2–3 years of successful sales experience with technical products
Fluent in English and Italian
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
Self-motivated, able to work independently and with others
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; ~50% travel
Good organizational skills
Expert user of Office 365
