Experteer Overview In this role you lead Adobe’s Digital Media Enterprise sales in Western Europe, driving growth and scalable performance. You will develop and empower front-line managers and account executives, collaborating with executive leadership to shape differentiated go-to-market strategies. You’ll own revenue outcomes, accelerate key opportunities, and align cross-functional teams to optimize execution. The role offers impact across market strategy, customer engagements at the C-suite, and a focus on transformation and growth in a fast-moving region.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead and scale the enterprise sales team across Western Europe, setting strategy and driving performance.
Develop front-line managers and account executives, enabling accountability and growth.
Partner with executive leadership to define differentiated offerings and go-to-market approaches.
Drive predictable revenue growth and meet or exceed targets.
Identify and accelerate revenue opportunities within key accounts.
Optimize day-to-day sales activities and revenue conversion.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to improve commercial opportunities and execution.
Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Global teams.
Maintain a transparent, collaborative, high-performing culture and retain top talent.
Provide market insights to inform regional and global strategy.
