We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development in the Italian market. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing complex projects and executing regional strategies for our high-altitude access equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement personal sales plans to acquire new customers and strengthen existing relationships.
Lead bidding and tendering processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and secure major contracts through effective competitive strategies.
Conduct in-depth market analysis and execute regional sales action plans.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or above (Marketing, Mechanical Engineering or related fields preferred).
2–3 years of sales experience, ideally in the equipment manufacturing or automotive industry, with local market presence.
Existing local customer network in Italy is a strong plus.
English communication skills are an advantage.
Flexible working arrangements available.
