Company Overview Arrow Global Components (AGC), a part of Arrow Electronics, is a leader in distribution and value‑added services related to electronic components. We resell, customize, and distribute components worldwide, building long‑lasting relationships on both the supplier and customer side.
Responsibilities Proven experience in customer support via telephone and email

Manage estimates and orders efficiently, from inception to invoice

Collaborate on various supplier‑related activities

Maintain a deep understanding of customer and supplier portfolios

Take a proactive approach to creating potential offerings and supporting customers

Follow up on sales cases and orders through to execution

Collaborate effectively with colleagues across Italy and beyond as part of a team
Qualifications Business proficiency in Italian and English At least 3 years of experience in sales back‑office or operations

Technical or commercial education

Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Comfortable working independently and as a team member

Proactive, extroverted, self‑sufficient, and flexible

Responsible and detail‑oriented

Can work under pressure and adapt to continuous change

Strong "can‑do" attitude and readiness to step up to successful completion of cases

Accuracy is essential
