Objectives and
Role Description
The Internal Sales interface directly with customers and represents a strong opportunity to deepen knowledge of our customers and our product offering, while developing skills in customer service, sales, and technical support. The Internal Sales Representative will be responsible for commercial activities with existing and potential customers, as well as with internal business units. The role provides sales support, product training, assistance in solution selection, preparation of quotes, and order coordination.
Responsibilities
Manage existing SME (small) customers – grow scope of work (SoW), cross-sell, manage margins
Acquire new customers via telephone and video
Prepare quotes, manage pricing, respond to requests, handle quality complaints, manage CRM
Market research: web and Linked In research
Market and competitor analysis
Lead qualification and lead management in CRM
Selected marketing activities
Various customer surveys and polls
Update SoW database
Support to external ASM when traveling: quotes, certificates, price lists, etc.
Education and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is 35,440.00 € – 56,720.00 € annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires falls between 35,000.00 and 37,000.00 annually. Offers may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may be eligible for a short-term incentive.
