Role Overview
Nuix is seeking a Head of Revenue Operations to lead the operational engine that powers the company's global go-to-market motion. Sitting within the Sales Enablement function and reporting to the SVP of Sales Enablement, this role is responsible for driving predictable, scalable revenue performance across Nuix's enterprise data intelligence, investigative analytics and eDiscovery software portfolio. The Head of Revenue Operations will serve as a strategic partner to senior commercial leadership, providing the data, infrastructure and planning rigour that enables Nuix's field teams to execute with precision.
Leading a small, specialist team of Sales Analysts and Sales Operations Specialists, this leader will own the full remit of sales operations: from forecasting and pipeline governance through to quota design, territory planning, commission plan architecture and sales incentive programmes. The role demands equal parts analytical depth and executive presence, and will be critical to translating Nuix's commercial ambitions into disciplined, measurable operational outcomes.
Role Location
This role is ideally based in Sydney, Australia;
Reston, VA; or Pittsburgh, PA. Candidates located within commuting distance of one of these offices will follow a hybrid work model, working 3 days onsite and 2 days remotely each week.
We are also open to considering remote candidates located on the U.S. East Coast for the right experience and skill set.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end sales forecasting and pipeline review process. Develop and maintain rigorous forecasting models, govern commit pipeline cadences and provide leadership with a reliable single source of truth on revenue outlook.
Lead annual and in-year sales planning, including capacity modelling and territory design. Translate Nuix's revenue targets into data-driven territory assignments and headcount plans that balance market opportunity with sales capacity across regions.
Design and administer quota-setting frameworks and sales incentive programmes. Build equitable, motivating quota structures and commission plan designs that align seller behaviour with Nuix's commercial strategy and drive high attainment rates.
Deliver executive-grade reporting and analytics to senior commercial and finance stakeholders. Produce board-ready pipeline health dashboards, attainment analyses and operational insights that inform high-stakes go-to-market decisions.
Lead, develop and performance-manage a team of Sales Analysts and Sales Operations Specialists. Set clear objectives, build team capability and foster a culture of analytical rigour, accountability and continuous improvement within the Revenue Operations function.
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing and Sales leadership to align planning cycles and operational processes. Act as the connective tissue between commercial functions, ensuring consistent data definitions, shared metrics and coordinated planning across the revenue organisation.
Must haves
