Main Responsibilities:

Drive distribution of Selected Lifestyle account in Italy Develop and build strong relationships with existing and new customers
Drive customers sell-in during assortments definition
Deals and plans with the most important lifestyle accounts
Support Sales manager to Draft annual/multi-year strategic plans
Manage marketing activations (windows/events/special projects) coordinating with marketing team
Constant visits to the most strategic accounts in Italy KPI analysis through monthly reports and sell-out monitoring

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury/fashion industry
Established network and strong understanding of the Italian Lifestyle distribution
Highly sales - oriented with strong negotiation skills
Fluent in Italian and English both written and spoken
Availability to travel (approximately 50%)
Drive license (B)
Milan showroom based
Compensation & Classification    Salary Range : €35.000 - €40.000
Collective Bargaining Agreement : CCNL Calzature - Industria
