Station Technician

Location: Monselice

Station Technician    KWS Italia SpA  is looking for a  Station Technician  for our site in  Monselice . This is a  full-time, permanent position .
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Advise farmers or contractors responsible for managing agricultural activities such as soil preparation, fertilization, irrigation, pest control, etc., in the fields under your responsibility.
General monitoring and supervision of production fields, including all evaluations required by breeders.
Plan, organize, and oversee activities carried out by employees under your responsibility.
Handle harvesting and transplanting.
Prepare regular reports and presentations as requested by Management for activities under your responsibility.
Support ad hoc activities as and when requested by Management.
Ensure that all operational activities are carried out and that staff under your responsibility work in compliance with the company’s health and safety standards.
Key skills and required background:
Residence in Monselice.
Diploma or technical certificate in agriculture.
At least 2 years of experience in agriculture, preferably in seed production.
Knowledge of MS Office programs.
Valid driving license.
Valid forklift license (or ability to obtain one).
Good knowledge of Italian and preferably English.
