CPL Concordia Group, azienda leader nel settore della manutenzione integrata, cerca Addetto/a Manutenzione Edile per lavori su cantieri ferroviari a San Benedetto del Tronto. Il candidato ideale deve avere esperienza in riqualificazione edile e disponibilità a lavorare full time con reperibilità.
Le responsabilità includono la sostituzione di piastrelle, la posa di serramenti e interventi di falegnameria. Sono gradite competenze di base su impianti elettrici e idraulici, e la predisposizione al lavoro in squadra è fondamentale.
