Compensation
: $40 - $50 / Hourly depending on relevant experience
Assignment Type: 3- month contract with potential for extensions

Job Responsibilities- Manage month‑end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and production metrics
- Maintain and reconcile inventory (WIP, raw materials, finished goods)
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Prepare financial reports for management and assist with audits
- Identify process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, Epicor, Dynamics, etc.).
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
