Corporate Accounting Manager - get involved in process improvement at a growing company. You can make an impact and have opportunity to grow in a growing multi billion dollar organization.

4 days on site and one day remote per week.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day corporate accounting activities, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with U.S. GAAP

- Manage and mentor a team of experienced accountants, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth

- Create and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements to ensure completeness and accuracy of reported results

- Partner with the Controller on financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis of corporate and divisional performance

- Oversee the implementation and integration of key financial systems, including lease accounting, fixed asset management, and consolidation software

- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, consistency, and data integrity across multiple ERP platforms

- Maintain and strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets and support audit readiness

- Coordinate annual external audits and regulatory filings, serving as the primary point of contact for auditors

- Participate in cross-functional projects supporting organizational transformation, scalability, and accounting and system modernization

Requirements

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required;
Master's degree or CPA preferred

- Minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including exposure to corporate or multi-entity environments

- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls

- Experience managing or mentoring accounting teams

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and consolidation systems

- Public accounting or audit background is a plus

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

- Ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with M& A integration preferred

- Positive, proactive, and collaborative leadership style

- Strong business acumen with the ability to effectively and independently problem solver

- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and reevaluate priorities when necessary
