Salary: $70K - $90K

Location: Aurora, IL (5 days onsite)

• Manage project setup, billing, accounts receivable, and insurance documentation as a Project Accountant

• Oversee project administration including change orders, permitting, compliance tracking, warranties, and close-outs

• Partner cross-functionally with Project Managers and operations teams to support accurate project tracking as a Project Accountant

• Support invoicing, reporting, and ad hoc project analysis while maintaining organized and accurate records as a Project Accountant

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

• 2–5 years of experience in a Project Accountant or construction accounting role

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously

• Detail-oriented Project Accountant with strong communication skills and comfort working in a fully onsite environment
