Our client, a long‑standing and well‑respected construction organization, is seeking a Project Accountant to join their growing team. This is a fully onsite Project Accountant role.

- Manage project setup, billing, accounts receivable, and insurance documentation
- Support project administration including change orders, compliance tracking, and close‑outs
- Partner daily with Project Managers to ensure accurate project tracking and reporting
- Maintain organized project records and assist with invoicing and ad‑hoc analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 2–5 years of experience as a Project Accountant or in construction accounting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Detail‑oriented, communicative, and comfortable in a fully onsite role
Project Accountant Salary: $70,000 – $90,000
