Power Solutions International (PSI) is a leading manufacturer of emissions-certified powertrains specializing in customized and fully integrated turnkey solutions for the leading global equipment manufacturers in the industrial, transportation, and energy markets manufacturers. Our facilities are housed in one million square feet of engineering, assembly, operations, and distribution space across seven facilities. We are positioned to meet the high production volumes of our customers with added capacity for growth.
Support staff for accounting, primarily accounts receivable/revenue. Daily monitoring of AR inquiry mailbox, process daily invoicing, and assist with documentation requests and retention.
Essential Responsibilities- Daily invoicing
- Daily scanning of revenue documentation.
- Daily review of AR-inbox / inquiries.
- Weekly & monthly revenue audits.
- Confidential projects as assigned (legal, etc.).
- All other duties as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma/GED; or equivalent combination of education and Accounting/Finance experience.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills.
- Analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- Strong problem‑solving ability.
- Communicate effectively in both verbal and in written form.
- Ability to collaborate within all levels of the organization.
