Controller, Accounting, Financial Reporting

Our client is a growing organization seeking a Controller to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and process improvements across a multi-entity environment. In this role, you will partner closely with executive leadership to support continued growth!

• Oversee month-end close, account reconciliations, journal entries, financial statements, and reporting processes
• Prepare entity-level and consolidated financial reporting while providing insights to leadership
• Manage job costing, profitability analysis, inventory accounting, WIP reporting, and cost allocations
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR‑related accounting processes
• Lead and develop accounting team while improving workflows, accountability, and processes
• Establish internal controls, accounting procedures, and compliance processes across the organization
• Partner with operations and leadership to improve financial visibility and business performance
• Drive system improvements, automation, and process efficiencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibility
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or job costing environments preferred
• Prior team leadership or mentorship experience
• ERP system experience preferred
