We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Finance and Accounting professional to join our growing technology company. The ideal candidate will be a critical contributor to the Finance Team who understands effective regulatory financial processes, systems, and controls. This position will report to the CFO.

• Minimum of three years’ experience with an FCM’s accounting / finance / treasury group
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in enterprise‑wide accounting systems - experience with Net Suite is preferred
• Keen analytic, organization and problem‑solving skills which allows for strategic data interpretation versus simple reporting.
• Experience working within a Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) or Broker/Dealer (BD) is required.
• Big4 Accounting preferred.

• Manage and oversee the activities of all day‑to‑day processes including among others month‑end close process
• Preparation of the monthly financial statements;
• Responsible for all the preparation of the regulatory submissions
• Monitor and enhance the monthly close process and bring technology and process improvement to continuously improve the close;
• Manage reconciliation processes between accounting system, back‑office systems, and various source documents, and resolve breaks and discrepancies in a timely manner;
• Establish and maintain systems and controls which verify the integrity of all financial systems, processes and data, and enhance the company's value;
• Identify, design, and implement process improvements for greater efficiency, accuracy, and control in accounting and financial reporting workflows;
• Research and implement any new accounting policies, both internal and external, and implement within the current financial framework;
• Prepares routine accounting entries using Net Suite;
