About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with our client, a well-established organization in the consumer products space, to identify an Office Services Coordinator to support day-to-day office operations and facilities coordination in a corporate environment.

Job Description:

The Office Services Coordinator is a hands‑on, onsite role responsible for supporting office services, facilities needs, and workplace logistics. This position serves as a front‑facing resource for employees and visitors while ensuring the office operates smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily office services and facilities operations.
  • Coordinate conference room setups, furniture arrangements, and meeting support.
  • Receive, distribute, and ship incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Serve as the point of contact for maintenance issues and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Assist with office supply ordering, restocking, and inventory.
  • Create and manage employee security badges and access.
  • Support product logistics, including receiving, organizing, and shipping samples or pallets.
  • Assist with special projects and provide backup support for onsite office functions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in office services, facilities, operations, warehouse, or customer-facing roles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Professional, polished demeanor with strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
