Client Special Handling Assistant; Accounting

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing special client remits and billings
• Create billings to upload to invoice tracking software/portals for specific clients
• Create and maintain accurate client customized remittance records via Excel and/or PDF
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as needed
• Working alongside colleagues to respond to client queries in a timely manner
• Communicate respectfully and effectively with authority figures and staff
• Uphold judgment and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information

• Strong analytical background and extreme attention to detail
• AR and/or AP experience
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, data entry and strong computer skills
• Basic Math and Writing skills
• experience a plus
• Ability to deescalate adverse situations

• Salary is $18 - $19 per hour (DOE)
