Role Description

This is a full-time on‑site role for a Project Manager — Order Entry, located in Itasca, IL. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate the order entry and project management process. Key responsibilities include expediting orders with vendors, ensuring accurate and timely order processing, managing project timelines, inspecting products for quality, and overseeing logistics to ensure smooth delivery and installation. Additionally, the role requires meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Expediting and the ability to ensure timely and efficient handling of orders
  • Strong Project Management skills, including the capacity to manage timelines and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with Inspection and quality assurance to verify product standards
  • Knowledge of Logistics Management, including coordinating delivery schedules and installation processes
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively on‑site and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in relevant office and project management tools
  • Previous experience in the office furniture or contract furniture industry is a plus
