Responsibilities
- Handling office tasks, such as generating reports and presentations
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel/restaurant reservations
- Maintain SOPs and working instructions to ensure they are always up to date
- Check invoice portal and maintain follow-ups on outstanding invoices
- Vendor Management documentation, reporting and scorecards are updated by both the vendors and distributed between the Management team
- Organize and prepare meeting schedules for various departments
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred
- 2-3 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
- Data entry experience
- Working knowledge of general office equipment
- Excellent organization and computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in use of Microsoft applications including PowerPoint and Excel
