About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with a well-established organization within the retail and grocery space to hire a Sourcing / Buyer Assistant. This organization supports large-scale sourcing initiatives and offers strong career growth opportunities for individuals interested in supply chain and buying.

• Provide administrative and operational support to sourcing/buying teams
• Enter and maintain purchasing and item data in internal systems
• Pull reports to support sourcing initiatives
• Assist with item creation and updates in coordination with internal data teams
• Follow up with suppliers on open items and packaging-related projects
• Help resolve order, scheduling, and promotion-related issues
• Support dairy and frozen product categories
• Take ownership of transactional tasks so senior team members can focus on analysis

• 1–2 years of corporate office experience (supply chain, purchasing, operations, or analytical support preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP or Salesforce is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Confident communicator who can work independently and take direction
