Senior Team Lead, Ocean Import

Full Time

• Oversee the daily operations of the ocean import team, including assigning work, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies
• Provide guidance and support to team members, serving as a mentor and coach to help develop their skills and knowledge
• Manage customer relationships, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with other departments and teams, including export teams, customs brokers, and transportation providers, to ensure seamless operations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and other partners to ensure high-quality service and competitive pricing
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and other required documentation
• Monitor industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for process improvements and cost savings
• Communicate with management and other stakeholders on a regular basis to provide updates on team performance, customer issues, and other relevant information

For this position, the expected base pay range is $62,500 - $73,500 Annual. Actual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
