Chicago – Ocean Import Supervisor

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• 7 years of experience in import freight forwarding, to include customs brokerage and previous supervisory experience
• Oversee a team of 7 import agents with partial working manager responsibilities
• Assist with account start up, SOP implementation, and guidance for customs classifications.
• Knowledge of all compliance related processes, CBP regulations, etc.
• Strong knowledge Ocean (LCL-FCL)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Cargowise experience is preferred but not required.
