Customer Experience Specialist

A customer service organization in Itasca, IL, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries and complaints from customers. This role requires strong communication and multitasking skills, as well as at least 2 years of experience in customer service. The representative will be responsible for maintaining customer records and providing support via various channels. A high school diploma is required, and experience in the printing industry is preferred.

Pay is $18.00/hour with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM.
